No,St. Mary Magdalen was Anglican. It was attached to Christ Church, on the corner of London Rd/Silchester Rd. I believe it was the Church for the aristocracy of St.Leonards !! - Christ Church being the Church for the workers/servants !!!.If you're interested I could put you in touch with the archivist at Christ Church.
Together we can build a wonderful archive of Hastings photos from the past and present day so that future generations can enjoy them.
