on 22 Feb 2020 jackie tomlin said I went to this school in 1959, seemed very old fashioned with a big room heater in the middle of the classroom. -
on 19 Sep 2024 David Winter said I lived in Tower Road and went to St.Pauls nursery in 1954-1956 and left at the age of 6 as my parents moved to Bedfordshire.
All I remember were the outside loos with hinges you could pull out and bang the door to frighten whoever was inside and the large open fire in the hall where we put our boots and clothes to dry out if it had rained.
