    This must be later than 1852. Construction of robertson street had only just finished that year and the queens hotel wasnt built until 1863. I would suggest the date in the corner is perhaps 1882 ?

    Yes, my research too has the Queens Hotel as being built in 1863. However, there are several other scans on the web of this same engraving and it seems to be pretty clearly marked as 1852. Very odd!
