on 14 Oct 2016 John Armstrong said We travelled down from Manchester and had several holidays in the 60's. The hotel was then run by the Lane family. -
on 14 Mar 2022 Anson Lane said Lovely to see that archive. Many great times at the Regent. I am number 1 son of the Lane family and still rocking on. Mother and Capt Hook sold the Regent in 1967, moved to Newquay and took over the Harbour Bar Hotel there. I married the receptionist. The jazz nights as well were great evenings. The hotel has been converted to flats and renamed Park Lane Mansions.
