This is a rare image. The house on the left would appear to be West Hill House, one of the pair of properties that faced towards the Hill and Ladies' Parlour the other being Plynlimmon House.

The track to the side of the house is what is now Priory Road.

The Priory Road houses were developed after the land was purchased around 1880. The absence of any other indicators makes it difficult to date the image.
