This is the humble steamer that took 300 Irish passengers for Londonderry off the SS California when it ran aground on Tory Island in June,1914

SS Cynthia was wrecked in a storm in Dun Laoghaire Harbour, Ireland on Feb 26th 1933. For some time it had been used for pleasure trips around Dublin bay. It was owned and operated at the time by Messrs Hewetts, D'Olier Street, Dublin.
