I was a patient there in the early 50s. I recall many many many
people I met there, although most will have passed on now . I recall a lovely young lady who I have never forgotten and still
think about her right to this day, her name then was Pam Stocker and she lived in Brockley SE London and I lived in Erith
Kent. Just wonder if she is still around. I also recal being the DJ
and playing all those records 78s was all you had then ! ! ! -
My father Fred Smith was a patient at Eversfield in about 1953 and spent the best part of a year there getting over TB. He mentioned someone else called Hughes who was there at the same time...anybody recall these names?

Pretty sure I went here as a kid for a chest X-ray. That would have been in the mid-80's I think.
Was this place still open and working then? -
My Grandma lived at 143 Marina directly below and her dining room window looked up to the long white sign across the top of the cliff. I was only 7 or so and remember spelling out the name. I went to the little infant school in St Leonards on the main road for a while
