I remember this station in 1956 when I used to catch the steam train to Ore after school at Uplands Technical.I would then walk home through Manor Road to Milward Road where we lived. Happy memories.

I also lived in Milward Road in 1956No.22a, what number did you live Mark? Loved living in Hastings, very sad when we moved to London.

I also lived in Milward Road at No. 60 until we moved in 1956. I lived with my grandmother (Elizabeth Pike) and my parents Edwin and Phyllis Bowers. Happy days.
