on 07 Sep 2024 Ross kerr said my grandparents owned and ran the laundry from mid 1930’s to 1947 .. my father was born in the house next door .. during the war they worked hard washing the clothes and bedding for various army camps in the area . my grandfather was. in the home guard during the war and was issued with 4 bullets in case of invasion
