on 30 Oct 2017 Peter Smith said My Aunt & Uncle ran a B & B in Millward road during the late 1940's and 1950's. I went once to visit as a very young child but have only vague memories of the house and interior. My Uncle used to buy large old houses in Hastings and install wash basins in the rooms before running a business as B & B then flatlets as they were known. -
on 01 Aug 2022 Brian smith said We lived at 59 Millard road my nan Mrs dunk own the house also my uncle Richard my aunt Marge also lived in 61 Millard with her 6 children as kids in the 1940s50s we played a lot in the roads and streets around the homes great dad's
