I was a pupil at Kings College junior and senior school around 1946-48 and I would like to visit. The headmaster was Col. Wallace H. King......the only names I remember are Mr.and Mrs Camber who looked after the Junior school, boys called Robert Bunn, Brian Barnes from Oldham, a Polish
boy named Dowbor, a teacher named Mr. Lehman . I watched my first cricket match at the ground in the middle of town opposite the baptist church...where we were taken on Sunday mornings. Ridgeway was the name of the Kent fast bowler....his run-up was twenty or thirty yards! If any of this rings a bell with someone out there...please get in touch....It would be fun to hear from you.
