The Devil Wears Prada

Nice, twee wannabee journalist Andy (Hathaway) finds herself employed as one of two personal secretaries to the formidable Miranda Priestly (Streep), an Anna Wintour style fashion editor. With killer one lines, really well rounded characterisation and excellent performances, it’s difficult not to fall for its myriad charms. Though formulaic, in terms of decent mainstream US films this year, this enjoyably innocuous, bitchy romp, may be as good as it gets.

Rental Family
